Disclaimer

Fish On Charter provides marketplace, booking, payment initiation, and account tools. We do not own, operate, crew, skipper, launch, or manage the boats listed by independent charter operators.

Charter operators are responsible for vessel condition, skipper decisions, permits, safety equipment, crew, launch planning, legal compliance, passenger management, and the actual charter service. Platform approval or listing does not remove the operator's responsibility to operate safely and lawfully.

Weather, sea state, harbour conditions, mechanical issues, port instructions, government restrictions, and skipper safety decisions can affect a trip. A trip may be delayed, rescheduled, or cancelled even after payment is completed.

Operators should use the platform to communicate changes as soon as practical. Refunds or credits depend on the applicable booking policy, payment status, and reason for the change.

Listing descriptions, images, prices, launch times, departure locations, routes, inclusions, availability, and any fishing-specific details may be provided or updated by operators. Fish On Charter works to make this information useful and consistent, but details can change and errors can occur.

Fishing trips, cruises and boat rides involve natural conditions and practical risk. Customers and guests should follow skipper instructions, provide accurate personal and guest details, disclose relevant needs where appropriate, arrive on time, and make their own judgement about participation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fish On Charter is not liable for losses, injuries, delays, disappointment, missed launches, property loss, weather changes, operator actions, or third-party service failures arising from a charter trip or listing. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
